Vogue Shots is an experiential technology company based in Mumbai and Delhi. We help brands create memorable, interactive experiences at corporate events, weddings, exhibitions, and brand activations, using AI-powered photo experiences, robotics, interactive installations, and immersive tech.

About the Role

We're looking for a Client Servicing & Experiential Tech Executive who is excited about events, technology, and creative problem-solving. You'll work with clients, come up with ideas, manage projects, and bring experiences to life.

Work setup: Full-time, hybrid (part remote, part in-person at our Chembur office).

Key Responsibilities

• Client servicing: Understand client requirements, manage communication and follow-ups, and ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to project completion.
• Ideation: Develop creative concepts using AI, robotics, and interactive technologies, tailored to each client's objectives and event.
• Sales & business development: Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations, follow up on leads, pitch solutions, and help convert opportunities.
• Project management: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.

• Creative, curious, and eager to explore new tech
• Comfortable speaking with clients and presenting ideas
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to take ownership
• Comfortable with occasional travel and flexible hours when events need it
