About the Role
LUZO is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule client appointments.
- Coordinate with partners and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer and partner queries and provide timely support.
- Monitor and respond to support emails.
- Process partner recharges and assist with related operational tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to partners as required.
- Support day-to-day operations and ensure efficient workflow management.
Skills & Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities efficiently.
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing operational needs.
