About the Role
editbabu.com is seeking a full-time, on-site Video Editor for their Mumbai location.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and edit raw footage into polished videos for brand campaigns, social media, and AI-driven content projects.
- Select and organize clips.
- Apply transitions and effects.
- Refine audio and color.
- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing team members to plan visual narratives.
- Incorporate motion graphics.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms.
- Maintain organized project files.
- Meet deadlines.
- Adapt edits based on feedback and performance insights.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for digital and social media content.
- Skills in Video Color Grading.
- Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics.
- Experience with industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop or equivalents) is beneficial.
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in agency, media, or content creation environments and a portfolio showcasing relevant video work will be an advantage.
