About the Role

Saatvik Agro is seeking a Backend Software Developer for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in various aspects of backend development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve backend applications, services, APIs, databases, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital tools.
• Work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams.

• Backend Frameworks: Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET.

• Architecture: Microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture.

Qualifications

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Freshers and candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend software development or related technology roles are encouraged to apply.
• Foundational Knowledge:
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, modular programming, clean code, and software-development fundamentals.
• Understanding of database design, normalization, joins, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, queries, query optimization, and data-access concepts.
• Desirable Skills & Exposure:
• Familiarity with backend frameworks.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, or scalable backend services.
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Exposure to various testing frameworks and automated testing.
• Exposure to messaging systems, caching, or event-driven applications.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD technologies.
• Basic understanding of Linux and production support concepts.
• Familiarity with application security concepts.
• Exposure to application performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ORM technologies and backend data-access patterns.
• Exposure to frontend technologies will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
• Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or SDLC concepts will be advantageous but is not mandatory.

• Internship, academic projects, or freelance assignments will be considered but are not mandatory.
• Candidates without previous full-time backend software-development experience can also apply.
