About the Role
You are the first point of contact at our Ahmedabad office. You welcome visitors, answer calls, log every enquiry and follow up on WhatsApp, and keep the office records in order, working with the Manager and the design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors at the front desk, direct them to the right person and keep the visitor register current
- Answer office calls and log every enquiry
- Follow up on enquiries on WhatsApp
- Keep files and records in order, paper and digital
- Support the Manager with vendor and site coordination
- Update daily sheets and reports in Excel or Google Sheets
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fluent spoken Gujarati, Hindi, and English
- Basic computer skills: MS Excel or Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp
- Lives in Ahmedabad
- Clear, polite phone and WhatsApp communication
Qualifications
- Any graduate or final-year student
- Freshers are welcome
Internship option also open for final-year students
