Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels.
• Increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Manage social media profiles.
• Create and schedule content.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Analyze web and engagement metrics to improve results.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators.
• Conduct market and audience research.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Prepare regular reports.
• Present insights to the team.
• Contribute ideas to enhance overall digital marketing strategy.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills, including campaign planning and execution.
• Social Media Marketing skills, including content scheduling, audience engagement, and platform management.
• Web Analytics skills, including interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and using insights to optimize campaigns.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Kochi.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing tools, and marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a digital marketing or similar role, preferably in an agency or tech-focused environment, is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
