Healthcare Specialist

About the Role

The Healthcare Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This position is responsible for providing medical support and first-response care within the facility, including assessment, basic treatment, and coordination of further medical attention when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical support and first-response care, including assessment and basic treatment.
• Coordinate further medical attention when needed.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training for employees.
• Promote workplace wellness initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to relevant healthcare protocols and standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records.
• Collaborate with management and safety teams on health-related policies.
• Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Strong healthcare and medicine knowledge, including clinical assessment and basic treatment skills.
• EMT-related skills and experience providing emergency medical support or first aid in industrial or commercial settings.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with employees, management, and external healthcare providers.
• Training skills, with the ability to design and deliver health, safety, and first-aid education programs.
• Relevant professional certification or registration in healthcare, EMT, nursing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in occupational health, industrial safety, or corporate healthcare environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site, respond promptly to incidents, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with health documentation and reporting practices.
