This is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Lucknow Area, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Support GogalEdu Academy’s online presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Assist with content planning.
• Draft posts and captions.
• Engage with followers.
• Respond to comments and messages.
• Monitor performance metrics.
• Help with basic research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve social media campaigns and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear writing and professional online interaction.
• Media planning abilities.
• Marketing and new media skills.
• Research skills to gather insights on trends, competitors, hashtags, and audience preferences.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Basic understanding of analytics tools and metrics (reach, engagement, impressions) is an advantage.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and manage tasks independently under guidance.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
