About the Role

Brindavan Gems and Jewellers is a retail jewelry business specializing in gemstones and fine jewelry. This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable gemstones and jewelry pieces.
• Explain product features and benefits.
• Assist with fittings and selections.
• Handle billing and payment processes.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales.
• Maintain store displays.
• Keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Update stock information as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns.
• Support promotional activities and special events.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet targets and drive store revenue.
• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and build customer trust.
• Product Knowledge related to gemstones, metals, and jewelry designs, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic numeracy and comfort with POS systems, billing, and cash handling.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in jewelry or retail sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training in retail or sales is a plus.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and a professional, customer-focused approach.
