About the Role
PBS | Panthak Business Solutions is seeking a dynamic Growth Intern for a 3-month intensive program. This is a Remote (Work from Home) position.
- Duration: 03 Months
- Work Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month
- Performance incentives: Up to INR 30,000.
- Location: Remote (Pune or Ahmedabad based candidates preferred)
- Note: Convertible to employment or extendable based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, design, schedule, and post engaging creatives (graphics, videos, reels, carousels) across FB, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and more.
- Manage social media calendars, analytics, and growth strategies to boost engagement.
- Handle client outreach, negotiations, conversions, and ongoing communications.
- Support project management, including timelines, deliverables, and client updates.
- Collaborate on campaigns, content ideation, and performance reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream; marketing/digital preferred).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Basic skills in graphic design, content creation, and client handling.
