About the Role

Creator Setu is a Patna-based startup that connects nano and rural creators with paid opportunities. We also create content and communication work for NGOs.

This is a learning-first internship where you run real social media, not practice projects. You'll get a mentor, honest feedback, and room to try your own ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and post content on Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Write captions, hooks, and reel scripts.
• Make reels, carousels, and posters using Canva, CapCut, or any preferred app.
• Spot trends and turn them into ideas.
• Share stories of real creators from small towns and villages.
• Analyze content performance and iterate.

What You'll Learn

• How a brand grows on social media.
• Reel storytelling and editing.
• Reading analytics.
• The creator economy outside of big cities.
• Working with a team, handling feedback, and meeting deadlines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Creative and enjoys making content.
• Ability to pick up new tools and trends quickly.
• Working knowledge of Hindi or English (any mix is fine).
• Receptive to feedback and committed to improvement.
• Ability to commit 15 hours a week.

Specific degree or background not required.

A large following or fancy portfolio is not necessary.

Perfect language fluency is not a requirement; ideas matter more.

The Deal

• Duration: 3 months (minimum commitment)
• Time Commitment: 15 hours/week, flexible timings
• Stipend: ₹3,000 for the complete 3-month internship
• Mode: Remote
• Benefits: Mentorship, real work for portfolio, and a completion certificate.
