About the Role
Esteril Process Solutions is seeking enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees to join its Project Engineering, Design Engineering, and QA/QC teams. This is an opportunity for fresh engineering graduates to gain hands-on experience in pharmaceutical process equipment and engineering projects, working closely with experienced engineers and gaining exposure to the complete project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Engineering:
- Assist in project planning, execution, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate between departments.
- Maintain project schedules and documentation.
- Design Engineering:
- Assist in preparing engineering drawings, P&IDs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and process equipment designs.
- Coordinate with project and production teams for drawing revisions and technical clarifications.
- QA/QC:
- Support material inspection, dimensional checks, welding inspection, and testing.
- Assist in the preparation of quality documentation.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings and quality procedures.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- B.E./B.Sc/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
