About the Role

GrowtechAxon is a modern web development and digital solutions company. The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project teams in delivering web development and digital solutions.
• Coordinate tasks.
• Prepare documentation.
• Assist with requirement gathering.
• Assist with client communication.
• Help manage project timelines.
• Track deliverables.
• Ensure client feedback is clearly documented and communicated to designers and developers.
• Assist with basic quality checks.
• Assist with content updates.
• Report on project status to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in project coordination, including tracking timelines, managing task lists, and supporting communication between clients and internal teams.
• Basic understanding of websites, web applications, and digital products, with interest in areas such as UI/UX design, e-commerce, or responsive development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing documentation, summarizing requirements, and providing clear status updates.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling multiple tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting quality checks on deliverables.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, project management or ticketing systems).
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Lucknow, showing reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with basic web concepts (HTML/CSS, CMS platforms, or SEO principles).
• Prior internship or experience in a digital or technology-focused role.
