Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram, and other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders.
• Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, dispatch, and installation teams.
• Keep customers updated about order status, dispatch, and delivery.
• Maintain customer and order details in Excel/CRM.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interior designers, architects, cafés, and other business clients.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience.
• Prepare basic daily/weekly reports of enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Friendly, organised, and good at communication.
• Experience maintaining customer and order details in Excel/CRM.
