Dedicated truck driver, Flexsteel

About the Role

• Dedicated truck driver for Flexsteel.
• Haul furniture in dry van trailers to distributors.
• 100% no-touch and 90% drop-and-hook freight.
• Average of 2 loads per week.
• Route: Arizona to Kansas and back.

Pay and Bonus Potential

• Average pay: $1,290-$1,580 weekly.
• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Weekly guarantee pay: Earn at least $1,000 during your first 90 days.
• Weekly performance pay.
• Sign-on bonus:
• $7,000 for experienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
• $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months.
• 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Live within 50 miles of Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• All CDL holders considered.
