Key Responsibilities

- Profile Screening: Review resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Job Descriptions: Draft and publish engaging job posts.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and set up interview slots.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate tracking records.
- Team Support: Assist in overall hiring workflows and recruitment operations.
