About the Role
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations for the centre’s multidisciplinary team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies.
- Maintain compliant HR documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs and attendance.
- Support training and development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to create a positive workplace culture aligning with ELARA’s child-centered mission.
- Address staff concerns.
- Coordinate appraisals and feedback processes.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in HR roles, preferably in healthcare, education, childcare, or service-oriented environments.

- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A postgraduate HR qualification is an advantage.
