About the Role
As a Junior Analyst, you will support the team in evaluating data and creating reports to optimize business processes and decisions. This position is full-time, on-site, and located in Jagadhri. You will contribute to enabling data-driven decisions and continuously improving internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Collecting and structuring data from various sources.
- Performing simple analyses.
- Preparing results in understandable presentations and reports.
- Collaborating closely with departments such as Sales, Production, and Product Management to identify trends and point out areas for improvement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge in data analysis.
- Meticulous and structured way of working.
- Proficient in MS Excel and common Office applications.
- First experience with reporting tools or data visualization is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Ability to communicate results clearly and understandably.
- Enjoy working in a team with different specialist areas.
- A completed degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is desirable.
- Interest in manufacturing and product processes in the field of architectural and security hardware is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn, reliability, initiative, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and systems.
