Supply Chain Management Intern

About the Role

LittleBox India is seeking a data-driven intern to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, identify fast/slow-moving SKUs, support stock reconciliation.
• Production Management & Planning: Assist in demand forecasting, production scheduling, vendor coordination.
• Warehouse Management: Monitor inward stock, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Logistics Management: Coordinate with courier/3PL partners, manage NDR/RTO shipments, track delivery performance and costs.
• Order Management via Shopify: Process and track orders, handle updates, cancellations, exchanges.
• New Product Research & Analytics: Research market trends, competitor products, analyze sales data.
• Returns Management: Handle customer returns/exchanges, analyze return trends.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze operational data, prepare MIS reports and Excel dashboards, provide data-backed insights.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Intermediate MS Excel skills
• Analytical and data-centric mindset
• Good managing, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Clear communication with vendors, couriers, and internal teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
• Familiarity with Shopify
• Basic knowledge of supply chain or e-commerce operations (a plus)

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
• Preference for candidates specializing in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics
• Available for a minimum of 3 months

Internship Details

• Type: Paid Internship
• Stipend: ₹6,000 – ₹8,000/month
• Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable)
• Working Hours: 8-9 hours/day
• Location: Guwahati
