About the Role
Creator Studeoz, operating under The Capturing Factory, is a content creation agency seeking a Video Editor Intern. This role offers exposure to diverse projects and creative challenges within a fast-paced and collaborative environment, providing hands-on experience across multiple formats of visual storytelling.
Role Description
As a Video Editor Intern, you will support the full video production process by assembling raw footage, selecting clips, and creating coherent, engaging edits for various campaigns and digital content.
Key Responsibilities
- Assembling raw footage.
- Selecting clips.
- Creating coherent, engaging edits for various campaigns and digital content.
- Trimming and sequencing footage.
- Adding transitions.
- Basic motion graphics.
- Sound syncing.
- Color adjustments under the guidance of senior editors.
- Collaborating with directors, producers, and designers to understand project briefs and maintain brand and stylistic consistency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Foundational skills in Video Production and an understanding of the end-to-end video creation process.
- Skills in Video Editing, including cutting, sequencing, and timing content for multiple platforms.
- Skills in Video Color Grading and basic image enhancement to maintain visual consistency and quality.
- Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple titles, lower thirds, and visual elements.
- Familiarity with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects or similar).
Qualifications
- Attention to detail.
- Creativity.
- Ability to follow briefs.
- Openness to feedback.
- Relevant coursework, portfolio pieces, or personal projects in video or media production are highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai in a full-time schedule.
