About the Role
This is an entry-level position within Hitachi Digital's Deal Desk team.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Reports and Dashboards for the leadership team.
- Drive month-end and PRC Cost rate exception processes.
- Perform year-end activities for OMF updates, cost rate updates, and project extension activities.
- Provide operational support for tasks such as bill rates changes and resource time transfers.
- Gain knowledge of the O2C cycle & SOW.
- Gain knowledge of Contract Management.
- Gain experience on project creation and contract types.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Working knowledge of Adv. Excel is required.
- Familiarity with Oracle or any ERP for project code creation is a plus.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Self-motivator, interested in taking initiatives and automating processes.
- Punctual and disciplined.
- Open for UK shifts.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of O2C cycle & SOW.
- Experience with project creation, contract types, and contract management.
