About the Role

McKesson's Distribution Center is seeking dynamic and motivated driver associates to join their team. This is an opportunity to work in a high-paced and professional environment, focused on delivering healthcare products.

• Monday to Friday, 5 am until completion.
• $22.07/hour
• Rewarding incentive programs: opportunity to earn up to 10% more in incentive pay, with additional stretch opportunities for an extra 6%. Incentive paid out every 4 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete local routes, returning home daily.
• Build client relationships face-to-face.
• Move efficiently to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products through effective order fulfillment management.
• On-the-job training provided for operating power industrial equipment, specialized processes, and automation.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Current valid US Driver’s License.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving history.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated excellent verbal skills.
• Problem resolution skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted.
• Frequently required to sit for 3 or more hours.
• Frequently required to stand for 3 or more hours.

• 0-1 year of experience.
