About the Role

This internship sits within ASML's CS Admin Support team, partnering with the local Customer Support leadership team to perform tasks for customers within a specific region. As an intern, you will assist the team in streamlining the customer badging process, bringing a fresh perspective and innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and improve the overall badging experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn and execute the customer badging process
• Establish customer badging process documentation and knowledge capture
• Develop and enhance user instructions and communications regarding customer badging
• Handle other duties as assigned

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
• Experience working in SharePoint a plus

Qualifications

• Must be studying towards an associate’s, undergraduate or graduate degree in Human Resources, Communications, Event Management, Business or a related field
• Strong oral and written communication skills (e.g., clear, concise, professional)
• Results driven - demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Can observe and respond to people and situations and interact with others encountered in the course of work

Location & Work Environment

• This position is located on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon.
• Requires on-site presence for in-person work-related events, trainings, and meetings to ensure teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch.
• Occasionally required to move around the campus.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
• The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds in weight unaided.
• The environment generally has moderate temperature and noise levels.
• Work is conducted at a customer site and requires familiarization with customer rules and policies regarding worksite behavior and safety.
• Expect to spend 50% of the time inside the clean room working around with electromechanical equipment.
• Will require domestic travel as part of program closeout and presentation.
