About the Role
This is a temporary position at a luxury jewelry brand in Hudson Yards, NY, starting immediately and continuing through February 2027, with potential for permanent placement based on performance. Candidates must be available for a full-time retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with elevated service and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Provide elevated hospitality, including beverage and refreshment service, and anticipate client needs.
- Support the sales team during client appointments.
- Act as a brand ambassador, providing information about the brand to clients.
- Support day-to-day retail operations:
- Maintain the visual presentation of the boutique.
- Organize inventory.
- Handle shipments.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Full-time retail schedule availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, or Retail-focused roles.
- Professional, attentive, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Ability to anticipate client needs.
- Ability to provide elevated champagne and beverage service.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
- $24 - $26/hr
