About the Role
The Junior Architect will support the design and documentation of architectural projects from concept through execution. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karnal.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with conceptual design.
- Prepare drawings and 3D models.
- Develop presentations.
- Support design reviews.
- Coordinate with senior designers.
- Contribute to interior and landscape integration.
- Prepare materials for client meetings and approvals.
- Assist in revising design documents.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in architectural drafting and 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
- Knowledge of basic building systems, materials, and construction processes.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational skills in architectural design, space planning, and detailing.
- Ability to create clear visual presentations and diagrams to communicate design ideas.
- Understanding of interior design and landscape principles.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong observational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate within a team, accept feedback constructively, and manage multiple tasks.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional approach to client-facing materials.
- Interest in sustainable and context-sensitive design.
- Prior internship or studio experience is a plus.
