About the Role
SciTec, a Firefly Aerospace Company, is seeking Interns to work during the Summer of 2027. The company delivers advanced technologies in support of U.S. National Security and Defense, focusing on innovative remote sensing algorithms, tools, and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of the next generation of remote sensing systems for national security and defense.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be a United States Citizen.
- Be a rising 2027 Junior, Senior, or Graduate student enrolled full-time and pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university.
- Majoring in or having majored in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM degree.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for developing software.
- Skills in business operations, accounting, or coordinating projects are of interest.
- Interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, image processing, or embedded signal processing is of interest.
- Ability to work in an agile, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

Compensation
- Pay range: $24 to $26 per hour.
