About the Role
Intern to support manufacturing operations by assisting experienced maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment, conveyors, and facility systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs
- Support preventive maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and uptime
- Perform safety inspections and help uphold safe working practices
- Organize and manage maintenance parts and related materials
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work and findings
- Learn facility operations and contribute to continuous improvement
Qualifications & Skills
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Hands-on aptitude and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to follow procedures and assist with repairs under supervision
- Good documentation habits and organizational skills
