About the Internship
Behind every smooth placement is a chain of small tasks: logging a candidate's details, matching a profile to a requirement, sending a confirmation, updating a status. At Medinex Workforce, much of that chain can be handled by code. In this internship, you will write Python programs that take over those tasks, and you will see how a short script or a small web service can give a recruiting team hours back every week.
What You Will Do
- Build small web services and internal tools using Flask
- Design PostgreSQL tables and write the queries your features depend on
- Create scripts that move data between spreadsheets, databases, and email tools
- Add input checks and error handling so tools do not break on bad data
- Write tests for the code you ship
- Use Git and GitHub, and walk through your changes in code reviews
- Keep short notes on how each tool works so others can maintain it
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Python basics (functions, classes, lists, dictionaries, file handling)
- Basic understanding of databases and SQL
- Familiarity with Flask or Django, or a strong willingness to learn it quickly
- The habit of reading documentation and error messages before asking for help
- Clear written English for documentation
- A laptop and stable internet connection for full-time remote work
Nice to Have
- A GitHub repository with a small project
- Basic knowledge of REST APIs
- Experience with Pandas
Who Can Apply
- Final-year students and recent graduates from B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, or related streams
- Self-taught developers who can show a project or certificate
- Freshers are welcome, and prior experience is not required
- You must be available full-time for the internship period
