About the Role
Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Maharashtra. This role is for individuals looking to start their career in accounting and finance, providing an opportunity for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with GST regulations.
- Collaborate with senior accountants and administrators to streamline accounting processes.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and responding to inquiries.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with bank reconciliation processes.
- Knowledge of GST regulations and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
