Position: Technical Recruiter Intern
Work Mode: Work From Home (Remote)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (Target-Based)
Working Days: 5.5 Days per Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role
Career Bloc is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter Interns interested in building careers in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for technical job openings.
- Work on job portals and professional platforms.
- Understand technical job descriptions and hiring requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques is preferred.
- Interest in IT and technical recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.
