Technical Trainer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer role based in Chennai. The Technical Trainer will deliver classroom and lab-based training sessions to college students and early-career professionals on core technical and placement-related topics.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing training materials.
• Creating lesson plans.
• Conducting interactive sessions.
• Clarifying technical concepts.
• Supporting learners through doubts and assignments.
• Assessing learner performance.
• Providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborating with senior trainers and content teams to continuously improve training content.
• Maintaining high levels of learner engagement.
• Representing FACE Prep professionally in institutional and corporate training environments.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Technical Training and Technical Trainers.
• Interest in building a career in skill development.
• Skills in Training & Development and Training, including lesson planning and classroom facilitation.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
• Relevant skills such as basic programming knowledge (e.g., C, C++, Java, Python), aptitude and problem-solving, and familiarity with campus placement processes are beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai.
• Ability to travel to partner campuses when required.
• Ability to manage batches with diverse learning abilities.
• Enthusiasm for teaching, patience, adaptability, and a strong interest in helping learners succeed in their careers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong technical foundations are encouraged to apply.
