Human Resources Trainee

About the Role

The Human Resources Trainee will support the HR team in day-to-day activities such as assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring regular collaboration with HR and line managers to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Helping implement HR policies
• Supporting onboarding and induction programs
• Assisting in documentation related to employee benefits and personnel management
• Helping organize employee engagement activities
• Maintaining HR databases
• Preparing basic reports and presentations as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Skills in Personnel Management and basic employee relations support
• Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce) or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, learn quickly, and collaborate in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with MS Office tools is an advantage
• Comfort working with HR systems or databases is an advantage
• Internship or project experience in HR or related fields is beneficial
