Video Editor, Internship

About the Role

We're looking for a Video Editor Intern who loves storytelling, has a strong visual sense, and spends enough time on the internet to know what makes content worth watching. You'll work closely with our creative team on founder-led content, brand storytelling, social media videos, and visual research. This isn't just about cutting clips together. We want someone who can bring ideas to life through editing.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit Instagram Reels, founder-led videos, interviews, behind-the-scenes content, and other short-form videos.
• Founder's Content: Turn raw footage, conversations, and everyday moments into engaging, well-paced stories.
• Moodboarding & Research: Build visual moodboards, find creative references, and explore editing styles for upcoming shoots and content.
• Creative Storytelling: Experiment with transitions, sound design, pacing, typography, and visual treatments.
• Social Media Content: Work on content for brands like Mohena, Arcainist, and other upcoming projects.
• Creative Collaboration: Work with strategists, designers, and the production team to translate ideas into videos.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated with emerging formats, editing techniques, creators, and internet culture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic to good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• A good understanding of pacing, music, transitions, and storytelling.
• An eye for aesthetics, composition, and visual references.
• Familiarity with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social-first content.
• Someone curious, proactive, and comfortable experimenting with new ideas.
• Bonus if you know After Effects, motion graphics, or basic colour grading.

• Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
• A strong portfolio and an eagerness to learn matter more than years of experience.
