Product Associate

About the Role
Responsible for the implementation, onboarding, configuration, and technical support of marine digital solutions, including Smart Vessel Management System (SVMS), Vlog 360 Electronic Logbook, and Viswa Cylinder Condition Monitoring (VCCM).
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel onboarding, technical surveys, and document collection.
- Manage installation, commissioning, and integration of SVMS hardware, sensors, flowmeters, and HMI panels.
- Verify DAQ data, system connectivity, and application functionality.
- Coordinate Vlog 360 installation, server configuration, vessel profiles, and e-Logbook reporting.
- Facilitate VCCM camera installation, vessel onboarding, and monthly report submissions.
- Liaise with vessel crew, clients, vendors, service providers, and internal technical teams.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, user training, and documentation.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth implementation across vessels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Knowledge of marine electrical and electronic systems.
- Understanding of vessel operations, instrumentation, and data acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of networking, server configuration, and software installation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Familiarity with Marine IT infrastructure, networking, and remote support environments.
Qualifications
- Electro-Technical Officer (ETO) with sailing experience on Main Fleet / Offshore Fleet.
