About the Role
We’re looking for a Growth Intern who enjoys figuring out what makes people notice, join and stay. You’ll work closely with the founder, test ideas in the real world, and learn what actually works.
Key Responsibilities
- Test small ideas to reach learners and college campuses
- Tell our story through LinkedIn posts, events and partnerships
- Track what works, read the numbers, and share what you learn with the team
- Help build a community around our programs and products
- Suggest new strategies and refine them based on results
Qualifications
- A BBA or MBA graduate, ready to turn business thinking into real results
- Willing to commit at least one year with us
- Eager to learn new things, and curious enough to find the strategies that work best
What you’ll get
- ₹18,000 – ₹21,500 per month
- Direct mentorship from the founder
- Hands-on projects where your ideas are tried and your results are visible
