About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Operations Associate – Business Development to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to healthcare crowdfunding by helping patients and their families raise funds for medical treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective customers and convert warm leads into active fundraisers.
- Explain the crowdfunding platform, fees, and verification process.
- Assist families with campaign onboarding and document submission.
- Handle customer queries and objections with empathy.
- Achieve calling, talk-time, and campaign creation targets.
- Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Strong communication, active listening, and objection-handling skills.
- Customer-focused, empathetic, and target-oriented approach.
- Candidates located within 10–15 km of Marol, Andheri, are preferred.
