About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role based in Mumbai. The internship duration is 3 Months.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with reviewing, drafting, and filing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Conduct research on legal issues.
- Support client consultations.
- Assist legal consultants in preparing documentation.
- Gain practical exposure to Transfer of Property Act and Hindu Succession Act including legal practices through hands-on assignments and mentorship.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with Law and Legal Issues, specifically Transfer of Property Act and Hindu Succession Act and associated legal processes.
- Skills in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting contracts, deeds, and agreements.
- Proficiency in Legal Consulting and providing support during client discussions.
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in or completed a degree in Law (LLB).
- Prior internship or exposure to property law is a plus.
