About the Role
CorenestTech LLP is seeking a Human Resource Manager Intern to support HR operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and talent management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews, group discussions, and selection rounds.
- Handle candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR trackers.
- Coordinate with different departments and team members.
- Support employee engagement and performance monitoring.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular HR updates.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Students or graduates from BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates interested in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
- Must be available for a 6-month on-site internship.
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Work Mode: On-site
Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
