About the Role
The Pathfinder Global Initiative is LESSO's flagship program to cultivate future international leaders. This role involves training in China followed by a promotion to sales manager in Madison, WI.
Key Responsibilities
- Be trained in China for six weeks under the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
- Upon program graduation, return to Madison, WI to serve as Sales Manager.
- Leverage Group resources to develop local business in Madison, WI.
- Lead LESSO's operations in Madison, WI.
- Manage a local team of 10.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Proficient in Chinese.
- Familiar with a metropolitan area in the US (Madison, WI).
- Preferably holding a degree from a university in Madison, WI.
- Eagerness to learn and capable of mastering LESSO products in a short period.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
