About the Role

A Housekeeper opportunity is available at a beautiful apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. Housekeepers are essential members of the team, keeping communities clean, beautiful, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean common areas, offices, clubhouse, and amenities.
• Stock coffee stations.
• Clean vacant and model units.
• Complete freshens in model and vacant ready homes.
• Perform other necessary duties.
• Support the maintenance team as needed.

• Attention to Detail: Notices issues proactively and maintains a clean, well-kept appearance.
• Strong Work Ethic: Keeps busy, completes tasks thoroughly, and does not shy away from dirty or repetitive jobs.
• Team Player: Communicates and collaborates well with maintenance and leasing teams; helps out when needed.
• Positive Attitude & Pride in Work: Takes pride in maintaining the property.
• Adaptable & Versatile: Willing to take on various responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation, including prolonged periods of standing and walking.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: Competitive hourly rates (starting at $17/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses
• Bonus: Eligible for a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days in good standing.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm
