Job Title: Junior Safety Engineer - Civil
Company: A&O Infra Projects Limited
Location: Chennai – Project Sites
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure workers follow proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
- Assist in implementing safety procedures and preventive measures.
- Conduct toolbox talks and basic safety awareness sessions for workers.
- Report unsafe conditions, incidents and near misses to the concerned team.
- Maintain safety records, inspection reports and documentation.
- Support the implementation of health and safety policies at project sites.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Safety Engineering or Industrial Safety.
