About the Role

Bhanzu is a rapidly scaling organization transforming how children learn math. This is a full-time, remote domestic role for a Sales/Business Development Trainee.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective learners and families.
• Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and online meetings.
• Present Bhanzu’s math learning solutions clearly and confidently.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads.
• Understand customer needs.
• Provide timely information.
• Support the enrollment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine sales pitches.
• Participate in training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools.
• Work toward set targets.
• Ensure a positive, service-oriented experience for all prospective customers.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with using digital tools, CRM or lead management software, and video conferencing platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse customers.
• Customer Service and Training skills to guide families through the learning solutions and address queries with empathy and patience.
• Sales and Sales Management skills to handle lead conversion, follow-ups, and basic pipeline management.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with good time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated interest in EdTech, education, or child-focused services.
• Experience in sales or business development is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience.
