Sales Intern

Role Overview

• Gain hands-on experience in sales, controls and automation, and operations within the Early Careers Sales Internship Program.
• Grow and develop while strengthening the company's health care system.

Program Highlights

• Access to a comprehensive repository of online self-development tools and resources.
• A 10-week program including structured classroom training on the Medicare business and serving Medicare-eligible members.
• Networking opportunities, basic technical skills training, speaker series, and enrichment activities.
• Development and refinement of selling and presentation skills through sales competitions, practice, projects, and job shadowing.
• Understanding of the Direct-to-Consumer Sales model.
• Hands-on experience with sales and sales support processes through phone-based and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply AI tools to solve business problems.
• Build and optimize prompts for analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Integrate AI into workflows (e.g., reporting, dashboards, operations processes).
• Analyze data using AI-enabled tools and generate insights.
• Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Ensure responsible and compliant use of AI solutions.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university for the full duration of the internship.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Rising senior during summer 2027.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Compensation

• Hourly pay: $18–$32 per hour.
