About the Role

We are looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about stock markets and wants to build a long-term career in equity research and investing.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiating coverage reports on companies and sectors
• Financial analysis, modelling and valuation
• Tracking quarterly results, concalls, filings and corporate announcements
• Conducting channel checks with dealers, distributors and industry participants
• Updating investment theses based on new developments
• Preparing clear research notes and communicating investment ideas
• Using AI tools to improve research productivity

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong curiosity and passion for stock markets
• Good with numbers and financial statements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to articulate research clearly
• Hard-working, humble and open to feedback
• Comfortable using modern AI tools

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• CFA candidates / CFA-qualified candidates preferred
• Candidates who have cleared CA Intermediate and do not wish to pursue CA further, but want to build a career in equity markets, are strongly encouraged to apply
• Freshers and early-career candidates are welcome.

Work mode: Full-time, strictly work from office. No WFH.
