Property Operations Associate, Bangalore

About the Role

JadeCaps is an AI-first property management and monetization platform. The Property Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across assigned properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate guest check-ins, check-outs, cleaning schedules, and maintenance requests efficiently to quality standards.
• Liaise with guests, vendors, and internal teams to resolve operational issues.
• Manage inventories.
• Support smooth property turnaround for new bookings.
• Monitor property performance.
• Document on-ground issues.
• Provide feedback to improve processes, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency.
• Support implementation of JadeCaps’ technology tools on-site.
• Uphold company policies, safety guidelines, and brand standards.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong operations skills, including process coordination and on-ground execution.
• Basic familiarity with property or hospitality operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with guests, vendors, and internal teams.
• Analytical skills to track property performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and suggest data-informed improvements.
• Customer service orientation with the ability to handle guest queries, manage escalations, and ensure a positive on-site experience.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and basic digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and coordination.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South.
• Flexibility for weekend or holiday shifts as required by property operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, real estate operations, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in hospitality, business, or operations management is an advantage.
