About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles at BrightCHAMPS. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sourcing candidates.
- Screen applications.
- Schedule interviews.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases.
- Update recruitment trackers.
- Support employer branding activities, such as job postings and social media campaigns.
- Help improve recruitment processes.
- Participate in campus engagement or hiring events.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities.
- Capability to assist with hiring processes, such as managing interview schedules and follow-ups.
- Interest in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization across job boards and social platforms.
- Basic interviewing skills and willingness to learn how to conduct candidate assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with ATS or HR tools is a plus.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
