About the Role

Nanda Travel NEI is offering a full-time, 6-month Trainee position based at their Head Office in Ghitorni, New Delhi. This role is a hybrid position with potential for work-from-home opportunities after the training period, dependent on performance and business needs. A monthly stipend of ₹15,000 will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day travel operations.
• Assist with itinerary planning.
• Prepare tour package details.
• Coordinate flight, hotel, and transportation bookings under guidance.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and messaging to understand needs, share options, and provide updates.
• Help maintain booking records.
• Update internal systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Conduct basic market research on destinations.
• Create simple travel proposals.
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure smooth and timely service.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including use of email, spreadsheets, and online booking or CRM tools.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow processes, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in travel, destinations, and the tourism industry.
• Comfort working in a client-facing environment in New Delhi.
• Flexibility for occasional extended hours during peak travel seasons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
• Motivated entry-level candidates are welcome.
• Prior internship or experience in travel or hospitality is an advantage.
