About the Role
Coordinate and oversee a banking-focused job training program that blends academic instruction with real-world internship experiences. Develop and manage program curriculum, support student success, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, maintain, and improve program curriculum aligned to banking career goals
- Coordinate program logistics, including learning activities and internship support
- Supervise program delivery and ensure high-quality participant experiences
- Provide ongoing guidance, coaching, and resources to students throughout their journey
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external internship sites to support placements
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong program coordination, organization, and operational management skills
- Experience supporting career development, education programs, or youth/young adult services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coaching diverse learners
- Ability to design and adapt training content and track program needs
- Commitment to equity, opportunity, and measurable student outcomes
