About the Role
This position works exclusively in a Branch Office, engaged in sales activities, appointments, and inspections conducted onsite and offsite. The role supports Club growth, profitability, and service quality objectives by selling Club memberships and insurance products. The Sales Agent provides information on member services and new insurance products. The position requires thorough, accurate, and timely completion of policy and membership documentation, adhering to underwriting rules and guidelines to achieve underwriting objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, develop leads, prospect, and continually network
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Computer experience
- Good organization skills
Qualifications
- Sales experience highly preferred
- Ability to qualify and maintain a Property & Casualty/Personal Lines and Life Insurance licenses
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Possess ambition, initiative, self-determination, strong work ethic, career dedication, and a winning attitude.
- Possess a competitive sales drive to meet and exceed monthly goals.
- Be an effective communicator both written and verbal.
- Be self-motivated and fully committed to building a profitable business.
