About the Role

Ranking India Technologies is a digital marketing agency supporting businesses of all sizes in growing their online presence. This full-time, on-site HR Fresher role in Noida will assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain employee records, and support basic HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding activities.
• Maintain employee records and prepare HR documentation.
• Help ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate training schedules.
• Assist with basic HR operations such as attendance tracking and leave management.
• Collaborate with team leads and management to address routine HR queries.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational HR knowledge, including recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office tools and HR-related software or databases.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Interest in digital marketing or IT services environments.
• Willingness to learn industry-specific HR practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
